But the Midori style adjustable upper arms with a bearing instead of a bushing does require use of a solid pillow ball tension rod. A tension rod with a bushing will allow too much flex, which will destroy the bearings in the upper arms.
Don't bother with the Stillen slip-box style arms. And lastly don't use Noltec. Poor design.
